Acquisitions Professor

Funny story.

When I was a freshman in college, the guys in my dorm nicknamed me “The Professor”.

Why?

I was especially talented in being able to make calculus simple. Most guys in the dorm were really struggling. Luckily, I had taken calculus in high school and I found I could help.

Pretty soon as was The Professor. Crazy, right?

During my career I’ve had the opportunity to train many people to become good investment banking analysts. I really enjoy the process of taking someone from a “want-to-be” to a professional. Again, teaching and making the complex simple.

After selling a business in 2024 that I acquired in the middle of Covid in June 2020, I was driven to get back to teaching a new generation of entrepreneurs about how they could buy a business.

When I told one of my IT vendors how I completed the 2020 transaction, they told me that it was IMPOSSIBLE. Why? Because we purchased a company doing $30 million in revenue with zero money down!

IMPOSSIBLE? Not at all. Just need to know what you’re doing.

So in 2024, I’m launching the “Acquisitions Professor” coaching business. In January I started to work with 2 clients and we have 4 Letters of Intent working. These guys are crushing it.

I’m again taking the complex and teaching to make it simple.

This new program in eight weeks will teach you all you need to know to be successful in buying a business. I’m including weekly Zoom Q&A calls (for life) and a Facebook Group so all my clients can learn from me and from each other. Need more one-on-one help? You’ll have my email address or we can jump on a call.

The 8 weeks is broken down into 24 modules and while we are in the “pilot stage”, I’ll be doing each of the 24 modules LIVE and will, of course, include as much Q&A as you need.

Want to learn more? Use the Work With Jeff form at the bottom of the website. Give me a couple of dates/times that would work for a one-on-one call.

My mantra, “Why would you want to start a business when you could buy a business that’s already successful?”

Let’s talk.
